And on June 20th your Dog can spend the day at work with you!

Back by popular demand - National Take Your Dog To Work Day! A huge thank you to all who participated in last year’s event and who made it a huge success. We were able to raise almost $1,000 for the Friends of the Cleveland Kennel and had lots of fun doing it! Below are the details of what is being planned for this year as well as some guidelines. It's sure to be a doggone good time so hopefully as many of you as possible will participate!

When: June 20th

Time: All Day with the majority of festivities taking place around lunch time

Who: You and Your Favorite Doggie*

Events:

Contests - We will be having a Cutest pet photo contest and any pet can be entered into that one, please submit photos via email to Alex Wovna or drop off at her desk located in the digital photo area by June 18th.

Group Photo

Guest Speaker from Friends of the Cleveland Kennel

Character sketches - Will also be done at lunchtime (this was a favorite from last year!)

Auction – Indians Tickets, Chuck Wimmer Print, Browns Gear, Jewelry, and other great stuff still in the works. We would love to get as many donation for the auction as possible, so if you can donate or know of someone we should reach out to, please email Terri Zastudil.

Pet Photos – we will have a professional photographer on hand to take photos of your dog or you and your dog this year. We will be selling tickets in advance, so I will be following up with additional information as I get it.


* Please only bring dogs that get along well with people as well as other dogs, and that are up to date on vaccinations as well as potty trained. You are responsible for your dog, so please think about if they will be a good co-worker for the day ;)
